VetriPathLearn is an offline-first educational platform developed to assist students and job aspirants in preparing for campus placements, technical interview rounds, competitive exams, and coding assessments. All materials, practice modules, formulas, roadmaps, and coding challenges are intended exclusively for self-study and learning purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of VetriPathLearn, you agree to:

• Use the platform exclusively for lawful educational self-assessment.
• Maintain the integrity of your local browser storage and local progress records.
• Refrain from attempting to bypass anti-cheat mechanisms during mock evaluation sessions.
• Provide accurate information when submitting voluntary feedback or contact forms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on VetriPathLearn—including site design, code, graphics, branding logos, text assets, question compilations, formula databases, and custom animations—is the intellectual property of VetriPathLearn and its creator (Darun Raj), protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and print materials for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions:

• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction of question banks or coding databases without prior written authorization.
• Redistributing, reselling, or commercializing any portion of our question sets or study roadmaps.
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling our web scripts or Android application binary.
• Introducing malicious code, viruses, or disruptive scripts into our hosting environment.

6. Limitation of Liability

VetriPathLearn is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, bug-free script execution, or error-free question representations. In no event shall VetriPathLearn or its creator be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
